Benuspace processes account, order, and usage data to operate the marketplace. This summary covers GDPR basics implemented in slice S6.
Data we process
We store account credentials (hashed), profile fields, organization memberships, cart and order history, seller listings, and consent preferences. Payment references are stored; card data is handled by payment providers.
Your rights
Signed-in users can export a JSON copy of their data, update marketing and analytics consents, and request account erasure from the privacy dashboard. Erasure anonymizes personal data while retaining order records required for legal and accounting obligations.
Retention & audit
Security-relevant actions (login, profile changes, checkout, exports, erasure) are recorded in audit logs tied to your account. Audit entries may be retained after erasure for compliance monitoring.
